We do not disclose your data to third-parties except where:

1. Required by law;
2. Necessary to process payment or certification services which you authorise.

Administrative, physical and technical safeguards are applied to protect your information against unauthorised access or loss.

Data is retained only as long as necessary for business or legal purposes.
